Good priceAll recipes I looked at for salmon cakes called for this. I’d never used it before. It’s spicy. My husband asked me to double it in the recipe next time. Called for 1/4 teaspoon for 4 salmon cakes. He sprinkled it on after it was cooked and liked it better with more of it. I shopped around and this company had the best price. I’m happy.
